David Berge, Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer 

26-year veteran in development and management, Mr. Berge oversees all technology related operations for BDA, Inc. He holds a BS in Logical Systems from the University of Washington and has been instrumental leading development at Intel Corporation, and the Microsoft Corporation. David’s involvement in projects such as AmazonFresh resulted in the successful release of their mobile website, iOS Android and Windows Phone 7. He brings world class programming, Agile development and testing to our team.

Markes Wilson, MBA, FACHE - Co-Founder, Chief Operating and Administrative Officer 

Prior to his current post Mr. Wilson was with ProHealth Physicians (PHP), a care delivery organization within OptumCare, a healthcare subsidiary of United Health Group. Markes also held leadership positions over 17+ years at Dartmouth-Hitchcock anchored by the flagship Academic Medical Center DHMC with more than $1B in revenue. He is trained in Lean/Six Sigma Greenbelt and has overseen the development and implementation of multiple financial and contract lifecycle management solutions. He attended Cedarville University in Ohio earning his degree in Organizational Communications in 1998 before heading to the University of Notre Dame in Indiana where he achieved his MBA in Finance and Management in 2004. Mr. Wilson is a Fellow in American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and former committee member. He is active in many business and community organizations holding leadership and board seats at various times.

Sarah Jackson, Co-Founder, VP Implementation Services


25-years as corporate paralegal working in mergers, acquisitions (domestic and international), due diligence review, contract review, corporate formalities, real estate, and implementations of contract management solutions in fortune 500 organizations. Specialties: mergers, acquisitions (domestic and international), due diligence review, contract review, corporate formalities, real estate transactions, civil litigation, and title research. She earned her BS in Business from University of Southern Maine School of Business.


Raymond "Sonny" O'Kelley, CEO & Chairman


Former United States Marine, medically retired after the Persian Gulf War with 10+ years on active duty.  25+ year veteran of healthcare software, former Chief Operating Officer and National Vice President at TractManager/MediTract, the $100M division of TractManager Holdings.

John N. Camperlengo, JD

Senior Legal and Business Advisor

John Camperlengo has an extensive 30-year background as a healthcare executive. Currently John is the Chief Legal Officer at United Physicians Management where he oversees all legal affairs, including all general corporate governance activities, M&A support, Compliance and Risk Management. Prior to his current post he was the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Zelis Healthcare Corp. and worked at Gentiva Health Services for over fifteen years, where he served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for a $2 billion publicly-traded home health and hospice company. Prior to the corporate world, John served in the United States Marine Corps as an attorney in the Judge Advocate General Corps. John left active duty holding the rank of captain but remained in the United States Marine Corps Reserve and retired a Lieutenant Colonel in 2008. John holds a B.A. degree in History from St. John’s University and his JD from Seton Hall University School of Law.

Jeffrey S. Davis

Senior Business Strategist and Financial Advisor

Jeff brings a distinguished history of experience and successes to BDA. He currently serves as Telerent Leasing Corporation's Chief Executive Officer for its Avidex Industries and Digital Networks Group divisions providing collaborative communications, audio/visual systems integration and design services. Prior to this Jeff was the chief operating officer AVI-SPL ranked in 2017 as the nation's largest AV integrator, where he led processes to deliver consistent experiences globally along with leading sales growth and expanded service offerings. Previously he served as chief operating officer for the Public Safety and Security Division of Kratos Defense, vice president at Stanley Black & Decker and vice president at ADT Security, and in various other leadership roles.

Steven Linde

Senior Technical Advisor

Steve is well-respected engineering leader that brings a distinguished list of accomplishments and experience. He has been a valued technology executive at start-ups such as Aggregate Knowledge (acquired by Neustar), (acquired by Providence Equity Partners) and was an early engineering manager with CNET and its online properties. Currently he is an engineering manager at Google. Mr. Linde earned his BA in English at Dartmouth College and a MS in Computer Science from Columbia.

Cris Navarro, JD CHC

Senior Healthcare Legal and Regulatory Advisor

Cris brings more than 20 years of experience to BDA, initially in private practice specializing in the United States Sentencing Guidelines and Regulatory Compliance and then within government and leading healthcare providers in California.  Developing, deploying and maintaining effective compliance and ethics programs in organizations such as Butte County, Enloe Medical Center, Sutter Health, Adventist Health Rideout, and Shasta Community Health Center, Cris has provided leadership in all aspects of the healthcare regulatory landscape holding positions of County Compliance Officer and Chief Compliance Officer.  Cris earned a BA in English and History at the University of Bridgeport and a JD from the University of Miami School of Law.

Michelle Vislosky, MBA, FACHE

Business Development Advisor

Ms. Vislosky currently serves on the advisory board of BDA assisting with all aspects of business development and account management.  As a West Point graduate with an MBA in Healthcare Administration, Michelle brings 37 years of experience in healthcare consulting, technology, and life sciences business development to BDA. She has been successful in health plan account management for national Fortune 500 self-insured health plans, hospital and managed long-term care administration, and medical logistics in the U.S. Army. 

Frank G. English, IV

Healthcare Capital Raising and Financial Advisor


Frank G. English, IV is a financial consultant with advisory arrangements within the healthcare sector, primarily healthcare services.  Mr. English is affiliated with the New York based boutique investment bank Genesis Capital Corporation. Prior positions have included Chief Financial Officer of Legion Healthcare Partners (Oncology Services), Chief Financial Officer of Epiphany Dermatology, one of the largest multi-state, multi-site, PE-owned Dermatology Services companies, and International CFO and Treasurer of 21st Century Oncology Holdings (“21C”), the largest global integrated cancer care services company, serving as director of numerous domestic and international subsidiaries. Prior to joining 21C in 2009, Mr. English worked for Banco Santander’s Global Corporate and Investment Bank in New York as Managing Director, assisting U.S. multi-nationals globally, but primarily in Latin America. Mr. English’s additional professional experience includes Corporate Treasurer of The Wackenhut Corporation, a $3 billion multi-national public security services company, and Managing Director in the Investment Banking Group of Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mr. English received his B.A. from Washington and Lee University and his MBA from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business.
